The H500's blue LED shows those around you that you're taking a call.
Combining an ergonomic design and versatile ear hook, this sleek headset can be worn on either ear and allows for comfortable wear over extended periods. With Bluetooth wireless technology, your devices work together up to 10 meters (30 feet) away. It's compatible with any mobile phone with Bluetooth 1.2 technology or higher. It can also be used with Bluetooth-enabled PCs for handsfree Voice Over IP (VoIP) use.

The H500's multifunction button allows you to place, receive or end calls. Simply press the multifunction button, place the headset on your ear and a wireless link is automatically established. (The first time you use your headset, you'll need to pair it with your cell phone.) Volume and mute can be adjusted from the headset. Conversations will occur without interruptions, as the vivid blue LED light provides a visual cue to others that you're taking a call. You also have the option of turning off the LED light.

I've purchased this item three times in the past and the only trouble I've had, has been damage from accidents [washer, snow blower]. The H500 is so good, my wife just purchased one to replace her $115.00 bluetooth that she has used for a year and hates. I hope they never discontinue this product. Reliable, good sound quality, comfortable to wear. What more could you ask?

This is a good bluetooth headset. Easy to connect and comfortable to wear with acceptable sound quality.

purchased the h 500 thinking the motorola quality wouldve been better then other brands. sadly the battery life isnt very good,nor is the volume.i would not reccomend this to anyone who drives for a living such as i do. even in my personal car it is hard for people to hear me due to the background noise and static.i might try another motorola product that hopefully will have more noise cancelling capability.

I was pleased with my purchase of the Motorola H500 Bluetooth. The packaging was wonderful and the product arrived in great condition. I didn't realize the bluetooth was going to be as big as it is, so I am still adjusting to the size. The reception is very clear and the headset is comfortable once you adjust to it.
